The office represents a well-known Latvian radio broadcaster against Latvian copyright collective society AKKA/LAA in civil litigation related to recovery of copyright royalty fee in the amount of almost 100`000 EUR.

The office advises a well-known Latvian company on successor`s administrative liability for competition law infringement. The Latvian Competition Council did not find our client as successor of the company that infringed the competition law.
